A view inside the drain
A CCTV inspection can help identify defects, obstructions and the condition of accessible drainage. Tell ADI about slow drainage, recurring blockages, previous repairs and the location of inspection chambers.
Agree the survey area
Identify which rooms or buildings use the affected drain. Share existing drainage plans and explain access restrictions before the visit.

Keep residents clear of affected areas
The care home’s team should manage access and follow its own incident and cleaning arrangements. Confirm whether clearance, cleaning or repair work is included; these may be separate services.
