Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Enquiries are taken by phone on 0800 852 7763. A call does not confirm a booking, appointment time or price.

Agree the scope, charges, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, access, reporting and any repair work directly with ADI before booking.Request ADI’s service terms and conditions that apply to your quotation and read them before agreeing to work. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change an agreed booking.

Using the information

Service descriptions and guides provide general information. They cannot establish the source of a particular leak or replace an on-site assessment. Methods and results depend on the building, pipework, access and evidence available. No page guarantees a response time, successful finding, repair outcome or insurance payment.
